This option includes 7 freshly prepared meals for preschool-aged children, designed to support growing appetites and developing independence. It’s ideal for families looking for wholesome, balanced meals that feel familiar and comforting.
Each week, a rotating menu of 7 different preschooler meals is shared by email. Meals are thoughtfully planned with simple ingredients, gentle seasoning, and age-appropriate textures that preschoolers enjoy. All meals are prepared fresh in small batches in a Calgary-based AHS-approved commercial kitchen.
Once you receive the weekly menu by email, you’ll have time to review each meal along with allergen details. If you have any concerns about a specific meal, it can be replaced with another available option from the same weekly menu. Simply reply to the menu email within 48 hours of receiving it to request a change.
To be included in the upcoming delivery, all meal changes requests must be submitted by Monday at 2:00 PM. Meals are delivered on Wednesday. Requests received after the cut-off will be scheduled for the following Wednesday.
Meals can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours after delivery or frozen for up to one month, offering flexibility while keeping meals fresh.
This option is designed to make mealtimes easier for families, nutritious, familiar meals prepared with care and delivered fresh each week.
