Safe Drop-Off

We hand-deliver your meals directly to your door.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave it in a safe and visible spot at your address (such as your doorstep, porch, or building lobby/concierge).

Once placed in the safe drop-off location, The Earthy Meals is not responsible for any loss, theft, or spoilage.
Freshness & Handling

Meals are delivered fresh on the same day they are prepared.

Please refrigerate immediately upon receiving your delivery.

Detailed storage and reheating instructions are included with each order.
Order Issues

If there are any concerns or issues with your delivery, please contact us by email at info@theearthymeals.com within 4 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a safe space is not available or the location is inaccessible, your order will be returned to our facility.

A redelivery fee may apply if you request another attempt.

Delivery is included in your subscription price for all areas listed above.
Order Cut-Off

Weekly order cut-off is Sunday at 2:00 PM for that week’s delivery.
